The information we provide is predominantly conveyed using short videos, which are intended to inspire and assist:

Methodology
Each “Topic” is divided into the following sections:
Discover
Covers general information, including key issues and assessments. Information is video based
Maintain
Covers routine maintenance and smaller repair activities
Renovate
Covers larger repair activities and full renovation projects
The Maintain and Renovate Sections are subdivided into a series of “Activities”, presented in chronological order of executing the work. Each activity comprises:
- A series of Step-by-Step videos showing how to execute the Activity
- A series of Guides (Step-by-step videos providing supplementary information of a more general nature relevant to the Activity)
- Level of difficulty for the Activity on a scale of 1 (easy) to 5 (expert)
- A list of tools and materials required for executing the Activity
- A list of a minimum of personal protection equipment required (note: actual conditions and local regulations may require extending this list)
The website has been structured to allow even complex Topics to be broken down into rudimentary and manageable steps for the user.
The videos are recorded during actual projects to make them realistic and illustrate practical issues encountered. The videos are relatively short and have been carefully edited to cover all main steps and processes. Whereas the information rate may be rather high on a first view, it makes the videos more usable for quickly repeating and referencing information.
The solutions and material selection shown has been proven to work in our environment. As the conditions of other projects may differ from ours, the information may not (fully) apply to all situations. If in doubt, we recommend you consult a qualified professional in the field of the work. All parts of the website have free access. Videos within the Discover category are provided for free, while access to videos within the Maintain and Renovate categories require a small monthly subscription payment.
