Toolbox4all B.V. provides information over the Internet by means of our website: Toolbox4all.com (referred to in the following as “this Website”). Part of this information is freely available, while a part of this information is offered through a paid subscription service.
In this Website all references to “Toolbox4all”, “us” or “we” mean Toolbox4all B.V. and reference to “you” means the person who is viewing and making use of this Website and its functionality.
“These Terms of Use” govern your use of the Toolbox4all Service. As used in these Terms of Use, “the Toolbox4all Service“ means the service offered by Toolbox4all, including our membership and paid subscription services, for providing and accessing Toolbox4all information, including all features and functionalities, recommendations and reviews, this Website and user interfaces, as well as all content and software associated with the Toolbox4all Service.
By using this Website, you are agreeing to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, then you are not allowed to use this Website and should immediately terminate such usage.
Use of Content; Restrictions
Unless otherwise indicated in the relevant content, and on the condition that you comply with all of your obligations under these Terms of Use, you are authorised to view the content on this Website.
You will comply with all applicable laws in accessing and using this Website. Toolbox4all does not accept any liability or responsibility in this respect.
This Website is available in certain countries within Europe, North America and Australasia, referred to in the following as “the Geographic Area”. A list of these countries, as may be updated from time to time, can be found in our Help Centre. If you are not physically located in one of these countries you are not allowed to use of this Website, and should immediately terminate such usage.
The information on this Website is covered by copyright laws, and you are not authorised to copy or distribute the information, proprietary processes, or technology embodied or described in this Website in any way.
You may only stream the videos for your personal and private viewing purposes. You may not, whether in whole or in part: (i) transmit or distribute any video through any means; (ii) publicly exhibit any video; or (iii) resell views of any video.
You agree not to archive, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, offer for sale, or use (except as explicitly authorised in these Terms of Use) content and information contained on or obtained from or through the Toolbox4all Service. You also agree not to: circumvent, remove, alter, deactivate, degrade or thwart any of the content protections in the Toolbox4all Service; use any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means to access the Toolbox4all Service; decompile, reverse engineer or disassemble any software or other products or processes accessible through the Toolbox4all Service; insert any code or product or manipulate the content of the Toolbox4all Service in any way; or use any data mining, data gathering or extraction method. In addition, you agree not to upload, post, e-mail or otherwise send or transmit any material designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment associated with the Toolbox4all Service, including any software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs. We may terminate or restrict your use of our service if you violate these Terms of Use or are engaged in illegal or fraudulent use of the Toolbox4all Service.
The Membership Service
To access certain videos on this Website, you must first register as a member with Toolbox4all (referred to in the following as “the Membership Service”) and subsequently subscribe to the our subscription service as described below. the Membership Service is free and without any obligations.
Requirements: Anyone over 18 years of age and who’s country of residence is located within the Geographic Area, can register as a member.
Account: When you register as a member, an account is created (referred to in the following as “your Account”). Once you have logged in using your membership credentials, your Account can be accessed on a webpage on this Website. If your country of residence is supported, you may use your Account to subscribe. If it is not supported, we will notify you by email when support is extended to your country.
Passwords and Account Access: The person who registered as a member (“the Account Owner“) is responsible for any activity that occurs through your Account, including any activity by authorised or unauthorised users. To maintain control over your Account and to prevent anyone from accessing your Account, the Account Owner should maintain control over the devices that are used to access your Account and not reveal the password to anyone. If you are using a device that others have access to, you must log out of your Account after each use. If you become aware of an unauthorised access to your Account, you must change your password and notify Toolbox4all immediately by email.
Email Address: The email address under which your Account is registered is fixed, and it is not possible to change it. Should you wish to update your email address, you will have to open a new account, by registering again and entering your new email address. Any unused account will eventually be deleted by us, or you can request to have this done as described below.
You are responsible for cancelling any active subscription on old or unused accounts.
Deletion: If you have not made use of your Account for a number of years, we will delete it for data privacy reasons. Should this happen, you will not be recognised when you try to log in, in which case you will have to register again. Should you wish to have your Account deleted, you can request us to do this by contacting us by email. It is not possible to delete your Account through this Website.
We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial remaining subscription period or unused content at the time of deletion, so we recommend to request deletion only after any active subscription period has terminated.
The Subscription Service
In order to view the videos located under each Topic in the Maintain and Renovate categories on this Website, you must subscribe to the paid subscription service (referred to in the following as “the Paid Service”).
The videos are generally some 3-4 minutes in length, of full HD quality and include written instructions in English. A full overview of the videos offered can be found on this Website.
The Paid Service is offered through a personalised digital content service, as described in the following.
Requirements
To make use of the Paid Service, it is required:
- that you register under the Membership Service
- that you log in to your Account on a “Toolbox4all Device” as defined below
- that you have access to internet with sufficient speed
- that you reside in a country where we support the Paid Service
- that you provide us with a “Payment Method”. Payment Method means a current, valid, accepted method of payment, which has been issued in your country of residence
Toolbox4all Device: To ensure that the Toolbox4all Service works, you will need a Toolbox4all Device. The definition of a Toolbox4all Device is a PC, laptop, tablet or smartphone; which utilises a Windows, MAC, Android or iOS operating system; and which utilises an Edge, Safari, Chrome or Firefox browser.
It is a requirement to keep both your operating system and browser up-to-date. A device using an operating system version that is no longer supported by Microsoft or Apple, is not considered a Toolbox4all Device.
Internet Speed: As the videos are full HD quality, streaming the videos require a substantial amount of data traffic. For optimal quality playback an internet connection with at least 7 Mbps is required. Lower resolution playback may work down to some 1 Mbps.
The videos are set to automatically play at an optimal streaming rate based on the device you are using. However, if you are experiencing that the videos are buffering due to a slow internet connection, or you want to limit the data charges from your GSM network, the video resolution can be manually reduced during playback of the videos. For more information on how to do this refer to our Help Centre.
The Subscription Area: We support the Paid Service in selective countries within the Geographic Area, referred to as “the Subscription Area”. To subscribe you must have permanent residence in a country within this area. We are working on extending the Subscription Area, and will, if applicable, notify you when support is extended to your country. A current list of countries in the Subscription Area may be found in our Help Centre.
Subscribing, Billing and Cancellation
Subscription Period: Your Toolbox4all subscription will continue until terminated. Unless you cancel your subscription before your billing date, you authorise us to charge the subscription fee for the next billing cycle to your Payment Method.
Billing Cycle: The subscription fee will be charged to your Payment Method on the specific payment date indicated on the Account webpage. The length of your billing cycle is currently set at 30 days.
Payment Method: To make use of the Paid Service, you must provide a Payment Method. You remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. If a payment is not successfully settled, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, and you do not cancel your subscription, we may suspend your access to the Paid Service until we have successfully charged a valid Payment Method. In some cases, the issuer of your Payment Method may charge you certain fees, such as foreign transaction fees or other fees relating to the processing of your Payment Method. Check with your Payment Method service provider for details.
Updating your Payment Method: Should you wish to update or change your Payment Method, you will have to cancel your subscription and subscribe again. We may also update your Payment Method using information provided by the payment service provider. Following any update, you authorise us to continue to charge the applicable Payment Method.
Right of Withdrawal: When you subscribe and pay, you expressly give us permission to provide you with the Paid Service immediately, and you lose from that moment your right of withdrawal.
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access to the Paid Service through the end of your billing period. Payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods or unused content. To cancel, go to the account page and follow the instructions for cancellation. When you cancel your subscription, your Account will remain in place so that you may easily renew your subscription at a later stage if required.
Re-subscribing: After cancellation and after the end of the current billing period, you will see an option to (re-) subscribe. Re-subscribing may be done at any time and works the same as the first time you subscribed. In this way you may turn your subscription on and off to suit your needs.
Changes to the Price and Subscription Plans: We may change our subscription plan and the price of the Paid Service from time to time. However, any price change or change to your subscription plan will apply no earlier than 30 days following notice to you.
Receipts: After we have successfully collected the subscription fee, you will receive a receipt.
Use of the Paid Service
Age limitations: You must be at least 18 years of age to make use of the Paid Service.
Stripe Services: In connection with the Paid Service, we use Stripe for payment, analytics, and other business services. When you subscribe you become a user of their services as described in the Stripe Terms of Service. We advise you to read this carefully. If you do not agree to the Stripe Terms of Service you are not allowed to make use of the Paid Service.
Personal use only: The Paid Service and any content accessed through the Paid Service are for your personal and non-commercial use only. Throughout the duration of your subscription, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the Paid Service and content, including any new content which is added during the subscription period. Except for the foregoing, no right, title or interest shall be transferred to you. You agree not to use the Paid Service for public performances.
Customer Support: To find more information about the Toolbox4all Service and its features or if you need assistance with your Account, please visit the Toolbox4all Help Center, which is accessible through this Website. Should you need to contact us directly, our contact details may be found on your Account webpage.
Restrictions: Once you have subscribed, you should primarily access the subscription contents from within your country of residence. On a temporary basis you may access the contents from outside this country, as long as you remain within the Geographic Area where this Website is available.
If you move residence to another country within the Subscription Area, you should cancel your subscription and subscribe again. During this process you must update both your location and your Payment Method to be in line with your new country of residence. If you move residence to a country outside the Subscription Area you are not allowed to make use of the Paid Service, and you should cancel your subscription.
You may watch the subscription contents on a number of devices simultaneously, but we reserve our rights to limit this amount to prevent abuse.
You are responsible for updating and maintaining the accuracy of the information you provide to us relating to your Account. We can terminate your Account or place your Account on hold in order to protect you, Toolbox4all or our partners from identity theft or other fraudulent activity.
Intellectual Property Rights; No use of Toolbox4all Names or Logos
Unless otherwise indicated, the content on this Website is provided by us.
This Website and its contents are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. We and our licensors reserve all rights not expressly granted in these Terms of Use.
“Toolbox4all”, the Toolbox4all logo and certain product names that appear on this Website (collectively, the “Toolbox4all Marks”), are trademarks or registered trademarks of entities within the Toolbox4all network. Except as expressly provided in these Terms of Use or as expressly authorised in writing by the relevant trademark owner, you shall not use any Toolbox4all Marks either alone or in combination with other words or design elements, including in any press release, advertisement, or other promotional or marketing material or media, whether in written, oral, electronic, visual or any other form.
References to other parties’ trademarks on this Website are for identification purposes only and do not indicate that such parties have approved this Website or any of its contents. These Terms of Use do not grant you any right to use the trademarks of other parties.

Termination of Services
We reserve the right to discontinue the Toolbox4all Service or part of this service, in any country or region. Should we choose to do so we will inform affected members registered under the the Membership Service well in advance through email of such termination.
Additional Terms
You are responsible for all Internet and GSM access charges. Please check with your Internet and GSM provider for information on possible data usage charges.
We will send you information relating to your Account (e.g. payment authorisations, receipts, changes in password or Payment Method, confirmation messages) in electronic form only, for example via emails to your email address provided during membership registration.
If any part of these Terms of Use is rendered invalid or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, then, in such jurisdiction, it shall be re-construed to the maximum effect permitted by law in order to effect its intent as nearly as possible, and the remainder of these Terms of Use shall remain in full force and effect. In every other jurisdiction, all of these Terms of Use shall remain in full force and effect.
We may revise these Terms of Use at any time in our sole discretion by posting such revised terms of use at the terms of use link (i.e., this webpage that you are currently viewing) or elsewhere in this Website. Such revisions shall be effective as to you upon posting, unless explicitly stated by us.
