Please note that if you contact us to assist you, we may need to authenticate your identity before fulfilling your request. It may take up to 4 weeks from the date of verification to perform your request.

Note: This Website and our service do not intend to collect data about website visitors under the age of 18. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is older than 18. We therefore advise parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent data about children from being collected. Service Providers:
We use other companies or contractors (“Service Providers”) to perform services on our behalf or to assist us with the provision of services to you. For example, we may engage Service Providers to provide security, infrastructure and IT services, to customise, personalise and optimise our service, to provide bank account or balance information, to process credit card transactions or other payment methods, to provide customer service and to analyse and enhance information (including information about users’ interactions with our service). In connection with the subscription service, we use Stripe for payment, analytics, and other business services. Stripe collects and processes personal data, including identifying information about the devices that connect to its services. Stripe uses this information to operate and improve the services it provides to us, including for fraud detection and prevention. Stripe’s privacy policy deviates from ours and we consequently advise you to read this carefully. If you do not agree to the Stripe privacy policy you should not subscribe.
Protection of Toolbox4all and others
Toolbox4all and its Service Providers may disclose and otherwise use your personal and other information where we or they reasonably believe such disclosure is needed to:

It is not possible to change your name and your email address associated with an account, nor is it possible to delete an account. You can object to processing of your personal information, ask us to restrict processing of your personal information or request portability of your personal information; if we have collected and process your personal information with your consent, then you can withdraw your consent at any time; withdrawing your consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing we conducted prior to your withdrawal, nor will it affect processing of your personal information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent.
If you have any question regarding our privacy practices or want to send a request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data or request for withdrawal of your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data, you can contact us by sending an email to privacy@toolbox4all.com. We respond to all requests we receive from individuals wishing to exercise their data protection rights in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
To ensure that the request for inspection has been made by you, we ask you to enclose a copy of your proof of identity with the request. Make your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and citizen service number black in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but within four weeks.
Of course we are also happy to help you if you have complaints about the processing of your personal information. Pursuant to privacy legislation, you have the right to complain to a data protection authority about our collection and use of your personal information. Our company is registered in the Netherlands, and you can contact the Dutch Data Protection Authority for this.

Our retention of information is based on many factors such as your relationship with Toolbox4all (for example, are you a current subscriber); the nature of the information; compliance with our legal obligations; defending or resolving actual or anticipated legal claims. We take reasonable measures to destroy or de-identify personal information in a secure manner when it is no longer required.

We use reasonable administrative, logical, physical and managerial measures to safeguard your personal information against loss, theft and unauthorised access, use and modification.
