How it Works
Viewing of all videos on the Toolbox4all website during a subscription period, can be done as long as you are logged in to your membership account.
Under the following circumstances you will have to log in to your account again:
- If you close your browser without having selected Remember Me during login
- If you log out of your account
- If you access the Toolbox4all website from another computer or mobile device
- If you access the Toolbox4all website using a different browser
You may remain logged in and watch the subscription videos on a number of devices simultaneously, but we reserve our rights to limit this amount to prevent abuse.
If you try to watch a video and the subscription prompt appears, you are either not logged in on your current device, and/or your subscription has expired. In this case you should:
- Open the Login page (if visible) and log in to your account
- Open the Account page and check the status of your account. If your account status is Cancelled, you will need to renew your subscription
